Solving taxation issues and ensure compliance are my professional strengths. I enjoy using analytical skills and strong background in Accounting to ensure complete, timely and organized fillings of reports and tax returns.

After I was awarded Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University, I was blessed with an opportunity to participate in the Deloitte Innovation Program. I learned the fundamentals of identifying problems as well as market opportunities. From working and learning effectively in teams, I understood how large corporations encourage and manage innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently I am still polishing up my Taxation and Financial Planning expertise through further study towards a master’s degree in University of New South Wales.

Linton has a collaborative team-working environment. Caxton as our business leader, always inspires me in terms of putting my heart and soul into my endeavours and surpassing any personal goals I could have set.

My usual working day involves providing the critical financial management skills to our clients as virtual CFO. I take satisfaction in offering insights into my clients’ business operations which allow well-informed decisions to be made.

In my spare time, you’ll find me doing volunteer work and painting.

“Connecting the dots” is about everything, especially in business world where all your knowledge and expertise will be interlinked and utilized in helping the clients out. I’ve spent 5 years working in banking industry in client services both back in China and Singapore as well as 2.5 years in financial planning industry in Australia before joining Linton. I believe the skillset I have gained so far will help the clients of Linton get a better idea of their current situation in order to help them achieve their life goals.

I currently wear two hats in the wealth management division – as an associate both for financial planning and mortgage brokering. With relevant academic and career background in accounting and financial planning, it becomes handy when helping clients with their mortgage or investment decisions, as our primary focus will not be constraint to their short-term goals such as purely interest rate, loan amount or annual returns, but their overall financial situation and tax implications intrigued will be taken into consideration when selecting the most appropriate products to help them achieve their long-term goals.

Working at Linton is exciting because I can put my two passions together due to our ‘one stop shop’ concept. It is the best feeling when clients are appreciative of the work I do in assisting them. The team is very supportive, and I can always learn a lot from other team members, we are like a big family.

In my spare time, you’ll find me doing volunteer jobs, swimming and other outdoor activities.
