After graduating from my degree at Macquarie University, I was fortunate enough to inherit some monies from my family. I later incorporated a business with my other business partners and thought that I could run a successful business just by applying the text-book theories I learnt through my studies. As a result of making numerous mistakes and bad decision making, the business did not grow so we eventually closed the doors.

Since then I have needed to improve my commercial and real life experience to enhance my business sense. So I decided to join the Linton Advisory Group. One thing I enjoy most about working at Linton is that I am not doing the same repetitive tasks every day. Every day is filled with new tasks and new challenges to overcome which has given me greater exposure into the business services industry.

More importantly, through the experiences from my previous business venture, I have firsthand experience of the highs and lows in running and managing a business which allows me to be able to relate to my clients’ businesses. My clients appreciate my caring nature as I treat their business as my own. I am highly proactive in helping them to understand their business and to achieve their goals.

Accounting administration and bookkeeping are my domain. I also assist my Senior in tax research.

Outside of work, my hobbies are listening to music, hiking and undertaking charity work.
