I am an experienced finance and governance professional having held director level roles within a range of industries from start-up companies, charities, not-for profits, foreign controlled companies, through to ASX listed entities. I have been involved in listing three (3) ASX listed businesses and have raised more than $150 million in capital.
I hold degrees in accounting, law and business administration and a PhD from the University of Sydney. In academic, I was previously the Associate Dean of the University of Sydney Business School where I was the Associate Professor in Accounting. I have published several books and over 100 academic papers in the areas of finance, accounting and business management and I am a sought-after speaker and mentor.
